His background (PhD Physics) and working for TNO in the Netherlands, made Gerard very interested in the innovation process. He is helping companies to think different about innovation. For Innovation Workshops he works with internationally known companies as the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Idea Connection Systems® and Continuum.
Gerard is certified in the Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator®, Change Style Indicator, and the FourSight Thinking Profile, that can help the innovation process forward.
